Jess

500hr RYT-Certified Yoga Instructor | Founder of Jula Transform | Certified Reiki Master

Jess is a certified 500hr YTT Hatha & Kundalini instructor. She earned her first hatha training from Grounded By Yoga, Bloomfield, NY and earned her second Kundalini training from Yoga Farm, Ithaca, NY. She just finished her 300ytt through Atha Yoga and is hosting her own 200hr YTT training at the studio starting January of 2027! She is also a Reiki Master and received her 3 Reiki Level Attunements from Carrie Macrillo of Radiant You Wellness.


Her Bachelor’s degree is in English/Literature and also received her paralegal certificate for her full time paralegal (day) job. She has spent several years working with the public and the community in her legal job and for the last 7 years has incorporated yoga into her personal and family life which both have allowed her to flourish as an instructor.


She has been practicing yoga since 2015 and teaching yoga since 2022. She is an avid animal lover (especially cats!) and donates monthly to several animal shelters both locally and internationally.


As the founder of Jula Transform, Jess provides an inclusive space for all forms of humans and energies, allowing all who come to her classes to feel seen and respected no matter their limitations. All her classes offer modifications and options for the physical body, ranging from gentle to advanced.

Jenna brings a grounded presence and holistic perspective on all things mind-body wellness. With a strong passion for and background in the field of somatic movement, Jenna holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Dance & Movement Studies from Nazareth University and is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher specializing in gentle Hatha yoga and nervous system regulation.

She is grateful to be a part of the supportive Jula Transform community, and be able to help people feel more comfortable, present, & connected to their mind and body throughout class.


In her free time you can find Jenna outside in nature listening to music, by the lake reading a good book, or spending time with her friends and family. She is also the owner of Finger Lakes Mind-Body Wellness!

Betsy (they/them)

Betsy Woldeyohannes is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Chair Yoga teacher, and certified Yoga of 12-step Recovery Peer Support Guide, with primary training in Vinyasa and secondary training in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga as well as meditation and trauma-informed techniques. They hold masters' degrees in both English and Classics, in which they studied and taught ancient language, literature, archaeology, and history and their modern impacts. Betsy is currently undergoing Relax and Renew® Level 1 Restorative yoga teacher training with Judith and Lizzie Lasater, continuing education in Sanskrit language and scripture, and is actively Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified. Haley


Certified Reiki Master | Certified NLP Life Coach


Haley has spent the last decade exploring modalities of mental and emotional release and spiritual healing. She is dedicated to learning the most efficient and gentle practices to let go of limiting beliefs and stuck emotions, replacing them with peaceful, fulfilled and grounded living with love and acceptance of self. Combining energy work, intuitive channeling and life coaching allows her to tailor every session to the needs of the individual. At the center of every session is the truth that “you are whole as you are.”

E-RYT® 200

Alana is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher whose approach is rooted in a lifelong curiosity of the connection between mind, body, & movement. Alana completed her 200-hour Kripalu YTT in 2014 and has since taught over 1,000 hours of yoga. She is currently completing her 500-hour certification, deepening her personal practice and understanding of yoga’s traditions & teachings. She studied Philosophy and Sociology at Mount Holyoke College, where her senior thesis explored tradition and community formation in yoga. Her academic and movement practices continue to shape her belief that yoga can transform our relationship with ourselves and create meaningful connections with others.

Alana’s teaching integrates asana, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy, with an emphasis on compassionate self-awareness rather than perfection. She welcomes students of all levels and aims to create an approachable space where they can listen inward, explore movement, and develop practices that enrich life both on and off the mat.
